Do I need a boating license?

Licensing requirements vary by state. Please contact us for specific requirements. All renters must be 21+ and complete a safety orientation.

What is included?

All rentals include life jackets, anchor, lake map, and safety orientation. Fuel is not included—boats depart full.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends during peak season (May-September).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. Weather cancellations by the marina are fully refunded.

Can I bring my dog on the boat?

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our pontoon rentals at no extra charge. We just ask that you bring a towel for your furry friend and clean up after them. Life jackets for dogs are recommended but not provided.

Where can I go on Lake Hartwell?

Lake Hartwell has 56,000 acres to explore! Popular destinations from our marina include Reed Creek for swimming, the islands near Andersonville for anchoring, and the upper lake toward Tugaloo State Park for scenic cruising. We provide a lake map with recommended spots when you check in.

Do you offer tubes or water sports equipment?

Yes! We offer add-on rentals including a tube kit with tow rope ($70) and an inflatable water mat ($50). These can be reserved when you book or added at check-in based on availability.

What are rental times and rates?

Full Day: 8:30am-4:30pm | Half Day AM: 8:30am-12:30pm | Half Day PM: 12:30pm-4:30pm. Off-season rates start from $300, peak season from $450-$540. A $150 deposit and $1,000 security hold are required at time of booking.
